A: You can see the stock availability of a product clicking on the desired product.


Q: Do you have a delivery service?

A: No. All deliveries are done by DHL express. Next day delivery to all countries except Australia.


Q: When are you open? Are you open on holidays?

A: We are open 24/7 all year long.


Q: What if a part is missing in the package?

A: Our warranty covers it and part will be replaced the next day.


Q: Why are some items sometimes out of stock?

A: We strive to maintain availability of all items listed. However, due to the success of a particular item or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock.


Q: The assembly instructions are missing from the package. Where can I find it?

A: Find your local DHL service number and contact them with your shipping information.

Return Policy

Q: What if my item does not meet the return policy?

A: Any situation that falls outside of the return policy will be handled on a case by case basis and requires a visual inspection of the item by Van & Del Design.
